“Daredevil: Born Again”: EDI Effetti Digitali Italiani VFX in the second season

The trailer for the Marvel series available on Disney+ opens with a sequence crafted by the Milan-based team, already featured in “Thor: Love and Thunder”

EDI Effetti Digitali Italiani also left its mark on *Daredevil: Born Again*, the second season of the Marvel series, which is among the most anticipated titles on Disney+.

The studio, a leading name in the Italian visual effects scene, contributed to the creation of some of the series’ most significant sequences, including the striking opening scene of the official trailer, featuring Daredevil, played by Charlie Cox, watching over the city from the top of a skyscraper.

The collaboration with Marvel Studios is part of an established partnership: EDI has also returned to work within the Marvel universe on Thor: Love and Thunder, reaffirming its status as a partner for productions of high technical and artistic complexity.

EDI VFX Supervisor Gaia Bussolati led the production process in close collaboration with VFX Supervisor Gong Myung Lee and producer Fahed Alhabib, under the oversight of VFX Executive Danielle Costa and VFX Vice President Jen Underdahl.
