Plot. Catania is warmed by the sun the day Bruno Costa meets Anna Zanchi and falls madly in love with her. He is a telephone technician, but a little different from his colleagues. He loves books, music, cinema, and has his own private world of creativity. Anna, a translator implanted in Catania, opens the door for him, he looks at her, and even before Anna's phone line is repaired, there is a spark between them. They spend two unforgettable days together. Anna is still asleep when Bruno leaves the house, knowing that he will see her again later, to go out to lunch. Someone, however, enters the house and barbarically kills her. This is how Bruno's nightmare begins, he goes on a fierce hunt for the culprits that will lead him to burn the police to the ground and weave a subtle psychological game with a Mafia boss.
