Game Therapy

Direction: Ryan Travis

Plot. Francesco is about to finish school, and he is a smart and ironic boy, but his intelligence and irony are best expressed in the world of video games, which he takes refuge in to escape from reality. The hours spent locked in his room on the computer worry his parents, who periodically drag him to different psycho-specialists. Francis' wish is to land on his own personal Neverland, where everything he has ever dreamed of is possible...now that wish seems to be coming true. After years of work, he has indeed managed to enter into the virtual world, where the obsolete laws of physics and society are outdated, a universe of video games, or GL (Game life) as he calls it. In this world anything is possible, and Francis is its deus ex machina. He finally has before him a world in which he feels free. John multiple flunks is still in high school, stuck with the idea of having to make choices. His mother keeps him in check with the help of several specialists in an attempt to help him.... Francis reveals his invention to Giovanni: he has the perfect therapy to solve their problems: game therapy, or entering virtual reality, an arena in which to defeat their difficulties.
