Plot. It is 1937 in Naples, when Renato Carosone, the Italian singer-songwriter and pianist, born in 1920, has just graduated in piano from the San Pietro a Majella Conservatory. The film tells just how Carosone, starting from Paozza del Mercato Napoli, near where his childhood home was, became an Italian icon in the world, so much so that he had a following overseas.
