Happy Family

Plot. Ezio, is a screenwriter in his 40s without much desire to work, who lives off the money from his father, who invented a famous washing machine attachment. With his mother he does not have a great relationship and rarely sees her. It is long past time that he has not he can no longer write anything that fully satisfies him. Everything changes when one day he collides on a bicycle with a woman, Anna. This one, to make forgive himself, decides to invite him to her family home for dinner. Here the man has the opportunity to witness a diverse range of personalities mingling around a set table. Prominent among them is Filippo, Anna's son, a bright young 16-year-old student who announces that he wants to marry Marta, a girl his age. Ezio, feeling inspired, sets out immediately to write his new film. The problem is that all the characters that come out of his pen mingle with his reality and interfere with the writing of the story itself...
